This is not just a food video — it’s the story of a life-changing decision through healthy Persian food. Near Tehran, in Shahriar, one woman’s personal journey turned into a café built on care, balance, and real cooking. From traditional breakfasts to homemade dishes, this is food with purpose. Mino once studied veterinary science in Rasht. After finishing her studies, she returned to Tehran carrying more than just a degree — she was also carrying excess weight and the desire for real change. Dieting became her starting point, but along the way she discovered something far more meaningful: healthy Iranian recipes that were not only nourishing, but genuinely delicious. As the weight came off, something else grew — confidence, energy, and a deep love for cooking. What began as a personal transformation slowly turned into a shared dream. Encouraged by friends and family, Mino decided to turn her experience, skills, and passion into something real: a healthy Persian café where food supports both body and soul. From branding and interior design to menu details and atmosphere, Mino imagined every part of the café herself before bringing it to life. Together with her aunt, she opened Fit Club Café in Shahriar — a warm, welcoming space known for smiles, hospitality, and honest food. Located on a long, scenic street surrounded by gardens and green farmland, the café has become a favorite stop for athletes and early risers. Every morning from 6 a.m., runners, cyclists, and yoga lovers gather here after their workouts, drawn in by the calm energy and comforting aromas. The breakfast menu reflects the heart of Iranian home cooking: fresh bread, butter and jam, cheese and walnuts, honey and cream, hot Persian tea, fried eggs, a variety of omelets, lentil soup, English breakfast plates, and carefully prepared coffee — all served with care and intention. This journey was never a one-person effort. Maliheh, a close friend, plays a key role with her expertise in cakes and desserts. Mino’s aunt — a professional chef specializing in traditional Iranian dishes like Ghormeh Sabzi, Gheimeh, Fesenjan, and Alu Esfenaj — forms the backbone of the café’s classic flavors. Although she is currently in Turkey completing professional training and doesn’t appear in this video, we’ve promised to return and film authentic Persian cooking with her soon.
