This online short course was presented for 8 hours on 2 separate days 22nd & 23rd of May 2021. The second day of this course took place on Sunday 23rd of May 2021. Topics discussed on the second day of this event were: Learning Objectives: -Becoming familiar with additive and subtractive CAD/CAM technologies and their application in prosthetic dentistry. -Becoming familiar with different CAD/CAM treatment options including inlays, onlays, endocrowns and crowns through lectures and videos. -Becoming familiar with different materials used in CAD/CAM restorations. -Knowing how to prepare teeth for CAD/CAM preparations and its differences with conventional tooth preparation. -Knowing how to scan prepared teeth and opposing jaw. -Knowing how to design temporary and permanent restorations. -Becoming familiar with digital smile design software. Entrance Requirements: Applicants should have DDS, BDS or DMD degree and at least 2 years of clinical work as dentist.
