People are always looking for reviews and reassurance that the product they're thinking of buying is right for their needs. Buy a domain that fits with your target niche, put it on some decent hosting (do yourself a favour and avoid the super-cheap $1 a month hosts) and use the simple install option that's in near enough every control panel to install WordPress for your new review website. Tweak WordPress - change the theme (look and feel) and add in some plugins to make it more functional. Don't put in too many plugins on your new review website otherwise you run the risk of slowing it down.
