Chatty video here about the all new LOUIS VUITTON NEVERFULL INSIDE OUT (mainly in the BB size, which I am DYING for!) So I havent ever liked the Neverfull. I think it's expensive based on its construction and materials, it's also not great from a safety angle, and I think (even in the PM size) it's too big to be used as a handbag as such. But LV have worked their magic, and have reimagined it! Launching in a new size and 'Inside Out' design, the new bag is delightful. There seems to be a focus from them recently, in terms of bags under 2k (including the new Speedy and Neo Noe styles).
