SANDBLASTING FOR BEGINNERS MY FIRST TIME HOW TO SANDBLAST

The time has come in my first restoration project a modified 1972 Chevy C10 to start sandblasting. In this video we see sandblasting of the truck's frame and learn on what is needed for sandblasting your project car or truck, the tools and materials needed for sand blasting. Kent had done majority of the frame but I was still able to sandblast for the first time, this is a home job and not in a professional setting. If you have the right equipment and set up then give it a go, my tip for beginners would be to go over a harder metal piece like the frame where it has so much more surface residue than just paint. The cab is more difficult and being a first time I am not going to risk warping the metal so I will leave that for Kent to finish. Next video will be more progress on the sand blasting and adding the primer to the newly sandblasted surface.
