आज इस वीडियो में Dr. Jay Mehta , IUI , IVF और ICSI क्या है और उनमे क्या फरक होता है , इसके बारेमें बात करने वाले है। ये तीनो के तीनो केटेगरी जैसे की IUI , IVF और ICSI ये तीनो Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) के categories है। सामान्यतः patients के मन में ऐसा होता है जब कभी भी उनको प्रेगनेंसी नहीं होती तो सबसे पहले naturally conceive करने की कोशिश करते है। अगर उसमे failure आये तो IUI और उसमे failure आये तो IVF या ICSI करना पड़ता है। और इस बारेमें patients के मन में बोहोत confusion है क्युकी इन सबके indications अलग अलग है। हर एक पेशेंट के हिसाब से अलग अलग तरीका अपनाना पड़ता है। तो इन तीनो techniques के बारेमें जानेंगे What is IUI (intrauterine insemination) ? Assisted Reproduction (ART) सबसे सामान्य प्रक्रिया रहती है IUI। इसमें sperm preparation किया जाता है जिसमें sperm की impurities को बहार निकाला जाता है और सबसे अच्छे quality के fast moving sperm चुननेकी कोशिश करते है। IUI में सीधे sperms को आपके गर्भाशय में डाला जाता है। IUI करने के लिए specific indications रहता है जो है Borderline Normal Sperm Count, मतलब पुरुषोंका sperm count 12-20 million/ml रहते है , तभी ये प्रोसीजर अच्छा काम करता है। परन्तु Female Factor नार्मल होना चाहिए। IUI में success rate clinic से clinic अलग रहते है। When IVF & ICSI is performed? IVF या ICSI , IUI से इसीलिए अलग होते है क्योकि IVF या ICSI में embryo transfer किया जाता है और ये embryo IVF lab में बनाये जाते है , uterus में transfer किया जाता है। IVF और ICSI दोनों laboratory based procedure होते है। IVF और ICSI दोनों के indications laboratory based रहते है। IVF कब किया जाता है? IVF तब किया जाता है जब पुरुषो का sperm count अच्छा होता है और इन sperms को eggs के ऊपर petridish में sprinkle किया जाता है। इसके बादमें sperms खुद eggs को चुनते है और fertilise करते है। ये procedure पूरा laboratory में होता है। ICSI कब किया जाता है ? IVF तब किया जाता है जब पुरुषो का sperm count एकदम low होता है। ये ज्यादातर उम्र में बड़े couples में किया जाता है जिसमे embryologist Sperm और Egg को manually fuse करते है। IUI , IVF और ICSI का decision हर patient से patient अलग रहता है। IVF और ICSI में जब embryo transfer किये जाते है , तब per attempt IVF success rate 30-40% रहता है। IVF और ICSI , IUI के तुलना में थोड़ा मेहेंगा प्रोसीजर होता है। For more information, watch the full video.
