This conversation between Adam Grant (The Saul P. Steinberg Professor of Management at the Wharton School) and Reggie Fils-Aimé (longtime Nintendo of America President and COO) took place on November 16, 2022 as a part of our Authors@Wharton Speaker Series. In his 15-year career at Nintendo, Fils-Aimé ran the day-to-day operations of Nintendo of America and was responsible for all activities for Nintendo in the United States, Canada and Latin America. In 2016, Reggie was appointed to the global Executive Officer committee for Nintendo Co., Ltd. He retired in April 2019 and in October 2019 was inducted into the International Video Game Hall of Fame. In 2019 he was named Cornell's inaugural Dyson Leader in Residence.
