Shuffling allows you to move with flow, it's quicker and it covers more ground. Shuffling is primarily done in circular movements, moving around the outside of the opponent. Shuffling adds a new dimension to your Footwork and to your Blocks. Shuffling allows you to get into advantageous positions, with flow and grace. I demonstrate how Shuffling works with different Blocks, moving to the Outside, moving Away, and even Cross Blocking. Putting Footwork to your Blocks greatly increases their effectiveness.
