The Lakeland Loop motorbike tour in the Lake District England easily goes to my No 1 favourite riding route. Taken from the 'Bikers Britain' book, this 155 mile, 4-5 hour ride goes through 6 mountain passes. 'Kirkstone Pass', 'Wrynose Pass', 'Hardknott Pass', 'Whinlatter Pass', 'Newlands Pass' & 'Honister Pass'. I get to the start this ride riding over the 'Hartside Pass' & back again to the b&b after riding clockwise around the 'Lakeland Loop', So that's 8 mountain passes in one day!
