Age of Marvels - Upside Down

Initially, I wasn't really a huge fan of the original (the live-action stuff was definitely more my cut), and as an admitted comic book geek since I was young, I think a few people were surprised by that. But the more I sat with it, "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse" slowly grew on me -- the art and vibe and true to the source FEELING -- that the movie gave. This was probably the most comic book-y superhero movie made, and it was one that I've come to appreciate. So now, after the award-winning and universally praised "Into the Spider-Verse" in 2018, we get to be rewarded with a Miles Morales and Gwen Stacy sequel later this year with "Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse" and I'm pretty psyched. I'm confident that the creators will be able to re-capture the original's heart and soul, and I'm extremely hopeful that this film can be as innovative and boundary-expanding as the first. It's been nearly 4 months since I last created anything...Videos, music, art -- NOTHING. I probably have close to a dozen concepts and false starts over that period of time, but I just couldn't get out of my own way. I honestly didn't fully realize that I was even on this particular path until fairly recently, but the road has been a long one... Bailey Bryan had released a catchy little ditty this past week and Sony had recently put out another trailer for the upcoming "Across the Spider-Verse", so everything lined up just right and I spent the next nine or ten hours of my Saturday conceptualizing, re-conceptualizing, putting the pieces together, and editing both the track and footage...and had a helluva time while doing it.
