Today, we'll take you on an unforgettable boat trip starting from Punat, on the island of Krk, through some of the Adriatic's most beautiful hidden spots. 🗺️ Our journey includes: → Punat Marina - our starting point on Krk Island → Plavnik Island - home to majestic Griffon Vultures → Krušćica Bay (Cres Island) - untouched swimming paradise → Blue Cave (Love Cave) - magical glowing lagoon → Golden Bay Beach - stunning cliffs accessible only by boat → Sveti Grgur Island - fresh seafood at Arta Restaurant + friendly deer → Vela Luka Beach - one of Krk's most beautiful bays → Dolphin spotting & sunset over Košljun Island 🚤 Our journey begins in Punat, a picturesque town on Krk Island, famous for its bay and one of the largest marinas in the Adriatic. It's the perfect starting point for exploring the nearby islands and the best-kept secrets of the Kvarner region. 🦅 Our first destination is Plavnik Island, a small, uninhabited island just southwest of Krk. What makes it truly special is its population of Griffon Vultures - one of the largest bird species in Europe. With wingspans reaching almost three meters, watching these magnificent birds glide effortlessly over the cliffs is breathtaking. They are endangered and protected, and Plavnik is one of the rare places where they still thrive. 🏊 Next, we sail towards Cres Island, into the secluded Krušćica Bay. This hidden paradise is surrounded by untouched nature, with no hotels or buildings in sight. The sea here is crystal clear and calm, making it perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or just floating in silence, enjoying the beauty of the Adriatic far away from the crowds. 💙 On our way back to Plavnik, we stop at the famous Blue Cave, often called the Love Cave. The entrance is hidden and only accessible by swimming. Inside, sunlight filters through underwater openings, turning the sea into a glowing blue lagoon. There is a tiny beach inside of the cave, and that is why it is called the Love Cave. It's a romantic and almost magical place - perfect for a few unforgettable photos. 🏖️ We continue towards Krk Island to discover the stunning Golden Bay Beach. Surrounded by tall golden cliffs, this beach is accessible only by boat, which makes it feel like a private paradise. The contrast between the golden rocks and the turquoise sea is simply spectacular. It's one of the most photogenic beaches on the island and a must-visit on any boat trip. 🍽️ After so much adventure, it's time to recharge. We stop at Sveti Grgur Island, once a place of history but today a peaceful oasis where you can enjoy a delicious meal at Arta Restaurant. Here, you can taste fresh fish, seafood, and traditional Croatian specialties. This small island is also known for deer which are not afraid of people - you can walk on the island and enjoy their company. ⛱️ Next, we head back towards Krk to visit Vela Luka Beach, one of the island's most beautiful and unspoiled bays. Surrounded by green hills, with a long stretch of smooth pebbles and crystal-clear water, this beach feels like a hidden corner of paradise. 🐬 On the way back, we're lucky to be joined by some of the Adriatic's most friendly residents - dolphins. They often swim alongside the boats, jumping and playing in the waves, leaving everyone on board smiling. 🌅 As the day slowly comes to an end, we return to Punat Bay, passing by the small and peaceful Košljun Island. The sun sets behind the horizon, painting the sky with shades of orange, pink, and purple - the perfect ending to a perfect day on the sea. This boat trip is more than just a journey.
