In a previous video I talked about how Charles sort of... Sucked. There were a lot of reasons for that but it mostly boiled down to him not really excelling at anything and being an M1 merchant, while also being an 85 HP character. This update buffed him a ton with a whole host of sweeping changes, and while none of them change core problems (which in a way is good since it means his identity is the exact same as before) they are indeed massive buffs that make him a much stronger character than before.
