And maybe you can learn something from watching them! Some tips: Try to stand in the middle of a group of 5-6 enemies so you can Snad Burst them in very quick succession. You get bonus points for blinding 5 enemies very quickly but you'll lose this chance if you spend too much time moving around. Periodically get rid of Blinkers using Smash or Water Cannon - but they can be used as a source of extra points too, if you want to. Every enemy has a temporary immunity to Sand Burst after being blinded, so try to remember most of the order in which you blinded them. Don't try to re-use Sand Burst too soon after blindness wears off, the immunity lasts a bit longer than the status effect itself.
