Ingredients: 500g all-purpose flour 2 eggs 4 tbsp oil (or pig lard for extra crispiness) 150g sugar 1 cup hot water Crushed peanuts (for filling) Shredded coconut (for filling) Roasted sesame seeds (white and black) Pinch of salt Instructions: Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, add 500g of all-purpose flour and 2 eggs. Mix until combined. Add 4 tbsp of oil (or pig lard) to the mixture and blend together. Dissolve the Sugar: Dissolve 150g of sugar into a cup of hot water, stirring until fully dissolved. Let it cool down before adding it to the flour mixture. Form the Dough: Slowly pour the sugar water into the flour mixture, stirring to combine. If the dough is too dry, add a little bit of water until you have a smooth, firm dough. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it sit for 30 minutes to rest. Prepare the Filling: In separate bowls, mix crushed peanuts, shredded coconut, and roasted sesame seeds (both white and black). This will be the filling for your dumplings. Shape the Dumplings: Roll out the dough and use a round cutter or cup to create circles. Place a small amount of the peanut-coconut-sesame seed filling in the center of each circle. Seal the dumplings by folding the dough and pinching the edges together. Add a little water to help seal them tightly.
