FIRST ULTRASOUND | IVF | No Gestational Sac | Pregnancy of unknown location| 6-7 weeks | June 12

On May 11th, they transfered two 5 day blastocyst embryos. On May 22, they had confirmed positive pregnancy with HCG level being at 186 (69 on May 20). Today, we had our first ultrasound and didn't find any signs of babies. They told us that it could be too early for gestational sac to be visible. They did another blood draw to check Hcg levels. We will find out our HCg levels tomorrow . They also warned about ectopic pregnancy and chemical pregnancy. We don't know what could've happened between May 22-June 12. We could've lost the embryos but I didnt have any heavy bleeding or cramping which are signs of a chemical pregnancy. They also checked my tubes during the vaginal ultrasound and didn't see signs of ectopic pregnancy. We are hopeful that it's still early and that by next week (second ultrasound) that we will see good results.
