Time Stamps: 00:00 - Wasting CJ and passing "The Meat Business" whilst converting a Vehicle (in this case, the Unique Hotring Racer B) into NE (No Extra) 08:45 - Showing off the Unique/NE Hotring Racer B This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. However, on EARLY Patches when it comes to the Definitive Edition there is no such thing as an NE Vehicle. So even if you did this Method, the Vehicle in question would never be NE due to the Port being broken on early Versions. I am not sure which Versions on the Definitive Edition it works for. Before you begin, you should have the Vehicle in which you want to convert into NE inside of the Whitewood Estates Garage as well as ONE, TWO, or THREE random Vehicles inside of there, too. These random Vehicles can NOT be Vehicles who can have Extra's, though. In the Video, I have a PCJ-600 inside of there. Safe. Not a Vehicle with Extra's. If I had a Stallion in there? Not safe, because a Stallion has Extra's and it's the roof of the Stallion. If you do the NE Conversion with Vehicles who have Extra's in the Garage, your converted Vehicle would NEVER be NE. Note that you may want to have Katie as a Girlfriend before doing this so you don't lose your Weapons when CJ is wasted. If you want to repeat the NE Conversion, thus not pass the Mission, just kill Rosenburg after leaving the warehouse and coming in contact with your NE Vehicle. Do NOT use Vehicles in which have Properties already. For instance, if you had an EP/FP NRG-500 and wanted to convert it to an EP/FP/NE NRG-500, this would NOT be possible and the EP/FP Properties would be deleted and you'd be left with just an NE NRG-500, so keep that in mind! There is NINE (9) total Vehicle Models that can be used for the NE Conversion, so don't ask me if you can do this with a Taxi and get one without a Light, since the answer is NO as it's NOT one of the NINE Vehicle Models this works for. The Vehicle Models are the NRG-500, FCR-900, BF-400, Slamvan, Bloodring Banger, Coach, Barracks, Hotring Racer A, and Hotring Racer B. However, of these NINE (9) Vehicles that can be converted into NE, NONE OF THEM ARE SPECIAL OTHER THAN the Hotring Racer A and B. The other seven Vehicles that can be NE can be obtained in Free Roam with various Methods, so I highly recommend not bothering with this NE Conversion unless it's going to be using the Hotring Racer A or B since those are the only two truly special NE Vehicles in the game. ***IMPORTANT*** - You do NOT have to waste CJ in order to do the NE Conversion. I am only doing this for my own sanity, so I don't have to reload X amount of times and wait to get lucky. That's the problem with the NE Conversion. If traffic spawns, and the traffic spawning are Vehicles with Extra's, then in most cases after doing the NE Conversion and leaving the warehouse, your Vehicle would not be NE because a Vehicle with Extra's spawned in this time period, which makes it not work, ever. After wasting CJ, like shown in the Video, no traffic spawns making this possible to be done first try rather than hours of reloading all for luck. If you're on Mobile, I suggest going to the Pause Menu Settings and changing the Traffic Setting to "Light." By doing this, obviously, there will be LESS traffic spawning during the process making the NE Conversion WITHOUT wasting CJ a LOT easier to pull off. Unfortunately, this is only possible on Mobile. On PC, you can do a lot of camera flicking to get rid of traffic, too, but that will still be unreliable.    • Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (PS4): Conve...   - In this Video, you can see the Unique Hotring Racer A being converted into NE.
