This US Cyber Command leaked document publicly revealed for the first time an online covert influence network that Russian Federation was using, at least until 2023, codenamed "FABRIKA" (ФАБРИКА). It was operated by Russia's Main Scientific Research Computing Centre (GlavNIVTs) and helps us understand this domain of intelligence operations better. Disclaimer: We do not know the validity of this document's contents, if it's authentic, fabricated or fake.
