Home-made bread with sunflower, flax and pumpkin seeds, turmeric and ginger spices. So f***ing delicious! Ingredients: -Spelt flour 350 gr/12.34 oz -White flour 150 gr/5.29 oz -Salt 1 tbsp -Ginger 1 tbsp -Turmeric 2 tbsp -Sunflower seeds 3 tbsp -Pumpkin seeds 3 tbsp -Flax seeds 3 tbsp -Dry yeast 1 sachet -Warm water 1 cup -Cold pressed oil 1 tbsp Preparation: Mix all ingredients, knead until its compact and non sticky, then cover with cloth and leave to rest about 30 minutes. After that put in pre-heated oven at 240°C/464°F and bake for 30-45 minutes. Cut when cold and eat with any spread like hummus, jam, pate or creamy tofu cheese! Enjoy people!
