YOU ARE SOMEBODY IN HIS BODY: You are somebody very important! The church is the Body of Christ and He is the head. And as His children, we are members in that body. Don't feel useless, unwanted, unnecessary and unloved -- God wants to use you! -- How to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ ADMIT YOUR SIN: Sin separates us from God. The Bible says, "All have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23) The only way back to God is through His Son, Jesus Christ. ABANDON SELF-EFFORT: If we could save ourselves, Jesus didn't have to die! Salvation is by God's grace alone. "For by grace are you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves; it is a gift of God; not of works, lest any man should boast." (Ephesians 2:8-9) ACKNOWLEDGE CHRIST'S PAYMENT: Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died for your sins. "But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8) Jesus died in your place and your sin debt has been paid for by, "The blood of Jesus Christ." (1John 1:7) ACCEPT CHRIST AS SAVIOR: Put your faith in Jesus Christ and Him alone for your salvation. Receive Him by faith.
