There Is Missing Police Video Footage: Keith Scott Murder

The video that the police released begs our intelligence. The body cam video is useless as it only shows us the aftermath of the shooting. The dashcam video starts after the officer that shot Mr Scott has deployed behind his vehicle. There is no footage leading up to the encounter. Those officers have a lot of questions to answer. First: NC is an open carry state why did they force him out of his car in the first place? Second: There appeared to be plenty of time to deploy non lethal force against Mr Scott, why wasn't that done? Third: Mr Scott made no aggressive moves as he was backing up, why did only one officer feel threatened enough to shoot when at least 1 other officers had the same line of sight? Something is wrong here. I am not buying the gun with blood and DNA on it and the ankle holster. His wife would have known if he had those items. Finally another video surfaced where the recorder noted that they were pulling his pants down. Why? Something is really wrong here and they know it.
