If your visor is completely dislocated due to broken parts or stripped screws, you can pick up a generic sun visor repair kit at most auto supply stores, but a replacement visor most likely won't match the other visor in your car. Just was thinking about this visor thing again - its likely the loosening has to do with the plastic wearing down (the part that is in the visor component).
