This video shows the encounter between Joseph Esmaili and Mr Patrick Pritzwald-Stegmann at the Box Hill Hospital in Melbourne on May 30th, 2017. Joseph Esmaili (aged 22 at the time) was sentenced on April 17th 2019, to 10 years jail without parole under the "coward punch" sentencing rule for the manslaughter of Mr Pritzwald-Stegmann. The crown only released footage up to a certain point, which would have given the public the wrong impression anyway, so perhaps it is just as well the media was told to put a hold on it, not that anyone should be watching/reading the bullshit news anyway. justice elizabeth hollingworth (probably related to peter hollingworth) ruled that the footage could only be shown up to and not including the punch, because it shows that the surgeon does not hit his head on the floor. Although he was said to have been killed by the punch by the crown, Mr Pritzwald-Stegmann even had the energy to fight off several medical staff, making it seem necessary for a young doctor to straddle him to keep him down - unreported by the bullshit media of course, but caught on video. Mr Pritzwald-Stegmann was intensely angry and emotional - to the point of being irrational, due to a significant head injury he sustained one month prior to this encounter. This made for a highly charged and stressful situation where a terrible mistake was made by a young man. Should Mr Pritzwald-Stegmann have been in a position to perform surgery in this state? I wonder if anyone ever considered that. I believe he was euthanised (at his wife's request) - even before this Godless practice was legalised. It was confirmed by doctors that he was not "brain-dead" . He fought for his life, dying a full 12 hours after life support was switched off. dr linda isles (who describes herself as "ethical") did not date the autopsy, in an attempt to hide the fact that she analysed blood from a week prior to his death, so we don't know what drugs were in his system when he finally died. Eventually justice comes to all though. That's a comforting thought.
