A case of recanalised left MCA bifurcation Aneurysm - Contour strategy

This patient was treated 7 years back, had a small neck at one year, but never came back for follow-up. Now the residual had enlarged which shows the importance of follow-up. Definitive management of such broad neck recurrence can be challenging. We did think about stent-assisted calling, but it could be a challenge to protect the neck based on superior division. We had thought about a hybrid technique of stent and balloon or two stents. Instead, we planned to use an intrasaccular device contour. Sizing is the key to achieving complete apposition and occlusion of the sac. One can reform the bifurcation. Intrasaccular devices have modified our approach to managing bifurcation aneurysms.
