Responsible Contracting Project (RCP) has developed tools for implementing human rights and environmental due diligence (HREDD) in supplier contracts, which are available free of charge. This toolkit is introduced and explained during this recording. **Toolkit links below** The currently discussed European Supply Chain Directive (CSDDD) and other international due diligence regulations aim to improve the human rights situation in global supply chains. Many companies are currently considering how they can integrate these human rights and environmental due diligence obligations into their procurement processes and thus also into their supplier contracts. We are delighted to welcome Daniel Schönfelder & Sue Maslow from the Responsible Contracting Project (RCP). Daniel & Sue are part of RCP's international team of legal, business and human rights experts and will provide us with practical insights into how contracts can be designed fairly for both contracting parties.
