This was one of I've had since being in Barbados. Oistins Fish Market - This market can be found on the South Coast and is especially busy on a Friday night. You can be waiting for 60 minutes on a busy evening, so I would advise visiting early on a Friday to get a seat. Pat's Place - You can find Pat's in the middle of Oistins, almost perfectly adjacent from the KFC on the other side of the road. On a Friday evening, there will almost certainly be a line, so you can just look out for that. They only take cash, so be sure to take out some money before you get into line.
