Easy Delicious Banana Pancakes🍌🥞 Ingredients- Dry: ♡︎︎ 1 cup all-purpose flour ♡︎︎ 2 teaspoons baking powder ♡︎︎ 1 teaspoon of cinnamon ♡︎︎ 2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice ♡︎︎ 1/4 teaspoon salt Wet: ♡︎︎ 3/4 banana VERY ripe, mashed (about 3 large bananas) ♡︎︎ 1 large egg ♡︎︎ 2 tablespoon white sugar ♡︎︎ 3/4 cup milk (I used diluted evaporated milk, feel free to use any milk you’d like) ♡︎︎ 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract ♡︎︎ Banana slices, for topping after (optional) Directions- 1. In a large bowl, whisk the mashed bananas and egg together until blended. 2. Add in the milk and vanilla extract until combined, then add in your flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin spice. 3. Fold the dry into your wet ingredients with a rubber spatula, the batter will be slightly lumpy. 4. Heat a large nonstick pan over medium heat. 5. Put in about 2 teaspoon of butter or oil. (Butter will add more flavor to the pancake though) 6. Using a 1/3 -cup measuring cup or ice cream scoop, scoop 2 or more circles of batter into the pan. (Do not to over crowd the pan) 7. Cook until the pancakes start bubbling around the corners and are puffed on top and golden brown on the bottom, 2-3 minutes, 8. Then flip and cook on the other side until risen and cooked through, 1-2 minutes more. Makes 8 pancakes. 9. Plate your pancakes and serve with syrup and sliced bananas (optional) And enjoy!!👩🏽🍳🤍
