Day 2 of our Honolulu, Hawaii vacation brings a little rain—but that doesn’t stop the adventure! We start our morning in Waikiki, exploring the area and doing some shopping while enjoying the laid-back island vibe. Next, we head to Costco to stock up on unique Hawaii snacks and local treats you can only find on the islands—perfect souvenirs and must-try goodies if you’re visiting Oʻahu! For the afternoon adventure, we take on the iconic Koko Head Crater Trail (also known as the Koko Head Hike). This famous Oʻahu hike follows an old railway built during World War II to transport military supplies to bunkers at the summit. With over 1,000 steep railroad ties to climb, it’s one of the most challenging and rewarding hikes in Honolulu—offering incredible panoramic views of the island’s southeast coastline.
