MovieLibrary is currently a side-project, fun little web app that I've built to test some APIs and React.js rendering. The ultimate goal of this application is to become a social networking service (SNS) for movie lovers. In the prototype phase of my app, you can search and query for movies from an online database, and you'll get back a JSON data of all different types of information about that movie. You'll see these movie covers updating in real time in response to the search terms. Each user has his or her own little library, which stores movies that you've already watched. The ultimate goal is to acquire points and achieve milestones based on what movies you've watched, and hopefully later on when we have more users, I'll implement a little 'leaderboards' option for competitive movie-binge. Of course, all of my web-apps are mobile-friendly, although they are not native apps built with React Native. Let me know what you guys feel about this app at its early phase.
