New Month, more progress.... A real head wobble this week as we prepare for October, me and my husband have had a chat about making some sacrifices to get some traction on our Debt Payoff Journey. I'm really having to dig deep to think about undoing some lifestyle creep. I don't think we are the only ones feeling this pressure and feeling the real impact of inflation and cost of living crisis. If anyone has any hints, tips or suggestions, please do leave comments. Or even if you are finding helpful tips from what we are doing, will be great to hear if you think what we do is a good idea. One of the things we are taking into next month is the idea of budgeting backwards. Setting a goal to pay off our credit card debt within a certain period and how much we need to pay each month and then budgeting back from there so that our savings and debt goals are prioritised first.
