In this guided somatic meditation, we introduce Brainspotting as a gentle, body-based approach to trauma healing. Rather than working through analysis or storytelling, Brainspotting uses eye positions as natural access points to deeper nervous system processing. This allows the body’s own intelligence to move toward regulation and balance, without force or effort. Trauma is often stored beyond words. This practice does not require reliving experiences, fixing anything, or understanding what is happening. You are invited to remain curious, present, and in choice at every step. Processing unfolds naturally when the nervous system senses safety, stability, and enough time. Throughout this meditation, we work slowly and respectfully with visual orientation, grounding, and awareness. You are always free to adjust your gaze, pause, or return to something stabilizing.
