SONTH LADDU RECIPE: Please Subscribe For More Videos : / @gahukarskitchen Facebook: / gahukarskitchen INGREDIENTS: 100 grams Wheat Flour 100 grams Mixed Dry Fruits 50 grams Desiccated Coconut 25 grams sonth powder 125 grams Jaggery/Gud OR Sugar 150 grams Pure Ghee/Sajuk Tup 50 grams Raisins/Kishmish 25 grams Edible Gum/ Gond 1 tsp Cardamom Powder/Elaichi Powder METHOD: 1. Turn on flame and 1 tbsp ghee in a kadai 2. Add gond in a kadai and fry it till gond puffs up. Remove in a plate and keep it aside for cooling 3. Roast desiccated coconut in the same kadai until it changes color. Transfer in a big bowl 4. Add 1 tbsp ghee and Roast wheat flour in the same kadai for 7-10 minutes on low flame. Transfer flour in same mixing bowl 5. Roast sonth powder for 1-2 minutes and transfer in a same bowl 6. Grind mixed dry fruits in a mixer jar coarsely and remove powder in a seperate bowl 7. Onced cooled,grind roasted gond in same jar and remove it in a same mixing bowl 8. Turn on flame and Roast mixed dry fruit powder for 2 minutes on low flame.Transfer in a same mixing bowl 9. Add 1 tbsp ghee(sajuk tup) and jaggery(gud) in a kadai. Stirr it till gud melt completely 10.Add all roasted mixture,raisins and cardamom powder in kadai. Mix it well on low flame 11.Add rest of the ghee in a kadai. Mix it well for 1-2 minutes on low flame 12.Turn off flame. Transfer laddu mixture in a bowl 13.Start to make laddus 14.SONTH LADDU ARE READY 15.Store laddu in air tight container. These Laddus are very Healthy
