Appalachian, Old, North Ridge, South Ridge, Gap Run, and Ambassador Whitehouse Trail Loop is an 8.1-mile loop trail located near Paris, Virginia that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as difficult. The trail is primarily used for hiking. Start at the Liberty Hill parking area, and hike up the Appalachian Trail to the Sky Meadows Loop. It is a gorgeous hike and seemingly not too busy from this trailhead. The very first incline to get up to the Old Trail is the hardest, but after that, it is not terribly strenuous. A great workout and hike nonetheless.
