Chapter 3: Cotswold Way Continues, Winchcombe - Cleeve Hill - Birdlip

Hey! We’re Ash & Wes and we are excited to try and turn our Cotswold Way adventure into a visual story. We made some of the most fun memories and some pretty notable navigation mistakes. Fortunately, we got out of these next two days relatively unscathed BUT the effort really started to sink in so the filming get set aside in exchange for doing the thing. We were enamoured with the sheep at the Cleeve Common, a really fascinating preservation initiative! There is SO much we missed. Like the sheep wandering through the adjacent golf course! Now, that is an excuse for a poor game if we have ever heard one! In reality, they were some neat days, decently chill, I got my beer - which is a massive win towards my goal of a different pint in a different pub in a different village. Our views stayed spectacular. The hills stayed committed to their name. The food stayed so fun. We are rapid-firing the rest of this adventure, I think. We’ve got some Painswick (stunning), a day in the city so I could make some progress on the paper I had due at the end of the trip, a stop in Tetbury (also stunning, to be fair), and our arrival in Bath! Which will certainly get its own video. Because I am ready to go back right now. Any time. Say the word. There is a ghost tour with my name on it!
