Implementing Pre-Operative Frailty Assessment in the Vascular Surgery Clinic aka Frailty4Site. The Frailty4Site project is designed to help vascular surgeons predict which patients will lose the ability to carry on important activities of daily life as a result of stress or surgery. Researchers hypothesized that adding frailty assessment to routine pre-operative evaluations will help vascular surgeons better identify patients who might lose function after surgery. This should help doctors better counsel patients when deciding if surgery is right for them. The Frailty4Site project has 2 objectives: 1. Assess ease of adding frailty assessment to routine clinical decision-making. 2. Which method of measuring frailty is most accurate in predicting who will or will not decompensate as a result of the stress or surgery?
