How to Create a Guest Account with Limited Access in Windows 10/11

In this video tutorial, I will show you how to create a guest account in Windows 10 and 11 with limited access. Steps to Create a Guest Account 1. Open the Search Bar and type Settings. Click on it. 2. Go to Accounts. 3. Scroll down and select Other users. 4. Click on Add account. 5. A window will appear asking for a Microsoft account. If you have a Microsoft account, enter the details. If not, click I don’t have this person’s sign-in information. 6. Click on Add a user without a Microsoft account. 7. Enter a username and optionally set a password. 8. Click Next to create the account. 9. By default, the account is Standard User. To check, click on the account and select Change account type. Steps to Limit Guest Account Access 1. Open the Search Bar and type Computer Management. Click on it. 2. Go to System Tools then Local Users and Groups then Groups. 3. Find Guests and double-click on it. 4. Click Add and enter the guest username. 5. Click Check Names to confirm then click OK. 6. The user is now added as a guest with limited access.
