“I joined the Chemical Process Technology course because I feel that I will find good prospects… and I want to be (recognised as) a female technician.” – Joelle Ng, student, chemical process technology department, ITE Shell Singapore collaborated with Singapore’s Institute of Technical Education (ITE) College East to create authentic and realistic learning experiences for the students of the Chemical Process Technology department. The Plant for Authentic Learning (PAL) simulates real life situations that can happen in plants to provide technical and learning advisory to these ITE students.
