Ingredients 1/2 cup chana daal, 1/4 cup masoor dal, 1/4 cup moong dal, 2 tbsp urad dal Soak it for 3-4 hrs or if you want to make it urgently then add the dal in 3 cups of water and make 1 whistle and then don't open the cooker and boil it. Boiling process: Add 3 cups of water, salt to taste, pinch Haldi,3-4 cloves,1 piece of cinnamon,1 black cardamom, and make 2-3 whistle Boil it till the dal is not overcooked. Add 3-4 tbsp of oil +1/2 tbsp jeera+2 tbsp garlic-ginger-green chilly paste+1/2 cup on roughly chopped onion then cook till it becomes golden brown then add 1 cup of tomato puree and cook it well till oil gets separated. After that add boiled mixed dal Add water as per ur requirement and cook it well Tadka process: 2tbsp oil + pinch Hing + 4-5 kadhi Patta + 5-6 chopped garlic cloves and then off your stove and add 1 tbsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder and add into the prepared dal.
