A Dutch-style urbanist suburb is designed around walkability, cycling, mixed use development, and human-scale streets rather than car dominance. In this video I’m going to implement as much as those principles as possible while balancing the demands of the game. We’ll start with laying out the foundations of the road and transit network, carefully decide on asset choice and layout, and then ensure the citizens needs are met through city services provision.
