This is a 3 part setting of words by Jane Taylor (1783-1823) and is one of the Flower Songs - a posy for Woven Voices. Writing in 3 parts is not as easy as it might seem. With no other voices to give you choices as to which note of chord can be doubled. The quaver-crotchet-quaver rhythm is a bit of a feature in this piece. It helps to add some rhythmic interest but I've tried not to over do it! The Sibelius version won't differentiate between the repeats but varying the dynamics will help and the Picardy third should be reserved for the final cadence.
