Day 2 in California 🇺🇸 | Lodi Wine Tasting & Dinner at Galpão

Day 2 in California turned out to be one of those simple but perfect days. We headed to Lodi for a relaxed afternoon at a winery, shared a flight of six wines (he drank most of it since I was driving 😄), and had lunch overlooking the beautiful property. Between the tasting and lunch, we had the kind of conversations you only get when there’s no rush. After resting at home, Kobe said he loved the weather and wanted to take a walk, so I showed him our neighborhood park and trails. Sometimes the smallest things — good weather, an evening walk — become the most meaningful memories. We ended the day with dinner at a Brazilian steakhouse, where the steaks just kept coming. The highlight was a gold-covered steak cooked on a Himalayan salt block, but honestly, the best part was watching the boys talk and laugh like they’ve known each other forever. It’s hard to believe how comfortable they’ve become in just two days. Another good day in California.
