Just thought I'd shoot a quick vid this morning before heading out to a car show to update a couple things I've done to old silver over the past year or so. Honestly I've just been driving and enjoying them as much as I can, so there's really not a whole lot. lol But just a couple things maybe worth mentioning. I finally bit the bullet and cut a hole in my nice new quarter panel (that I installed myself) to put in my NASCAR style dry break fuel filler. It came chrome but I'm going to scuff it up a bit more to give it more of a dull aluminum look. I haven't connected it to the fuel cell inside yet but it's in the works. So there's that...I also was finally able to upgrade my rear drums to aluminum discs off a 3rd gen Camaro. So last year I pulled the whole rear end. Unbolted the drums, slid the axles out, and bolted on everything from the Camaro. It was actually much easier than I had thought. And stops 300% better now. The hardest part was re-bending my hard lines from the master cylinder and replacing the factory prop valve with an adjustable one from summit. Which wasn't bad at all. So Anyways, took rear out, ground and painted it and put discs on. And currently in the process of setting up my dry break fuel filler. I also have another green 76 in the garage that used to be my dad's. Been working on some stuff on that one too. I'll post a separate vid on that one soon. Till then!...
