Reason for this accident: Over Speeding & Reason for the death of a women (Below flyover) is due to this car speed and Flyover side wall (Could not protect or minimize but given a support to speed rather than protect) Involvement: Human & Road Environment = Fatality Human Problem: A Car driver driving over speed 100+ kmph (Reason: Passion, over confidence, Hurry, enjoy etc.) after reaching the bend could not control steered to right by the time front left hit the flyover wall then completely left side of car dragged driver tried to steer further right here its on take off position (like aircraft) loses the grip between tire and flyover road surface resulted on hitting a road sign then on the support rod tilted toppled to upside down rolled and landed on right rear portion of car after uprooting tree. The result: At corner passengers waiting for Bus, Autos etc. Fallen on them, one girl escaped from the flying road sign (Like missile) as she was alert and heard the sound, hopefully she would have died in case she is on headphones (where most of our young citizens sacrificing their lives for headphones) Maximum fault is of a Driver (70-80% around): So, what to do? Methods: Train the people to drive defensively (Possible, but no authorities or people interested), Keep speed limit boards with Speed digital display, Rumple strips before approach to bend well in advance. A strict enforcement is needed. What went wrong on Infrastructure: This is a Three lane flyover (one-way traffic) with CC road ascend with right bend inner tilt (less visible) creating an uplift then descend then left bend exit. CC Road with uneven surface: Causes slippery if vehicle tire conditions are not good added to speed chances of accident. Remedy B.T road. All Street lights bolted on parapet wall, Road signs just welded (We can remove with our own hands- I tested and moved it). Remedy Base support is needed a civil engineer can explain better. Side walls height with safety barrier side support to improve. This flyover may be designed and altered to protect some private property hopefully, it happens in our country they change or alter design of Metro lines, National Highways, Flyovers, City roads etc. No one can protect …. This wide T-Junction can be designed this way- (See Picture with Green line as flyover)  One-way flyover towards Raidurg, with free left towards Ikea. Traffic from Ikea side signal right and free left towards Raidurg, Traffic from Raidurg Signal right then free straight towards Gachibowli.  Right turns are danger chances of incidents: So, it has to be controlled by signal or by other means. …… after few days every thing will be faded we forget bloods are washed way & again same story we wake up on another incidents like wise in India every 4 minutes one fatality & every day 400 – 500 families are on roads losing their near and dear ones in India, We are here with a solution we ensure nothing will happen – Get trained your near and dear ones. We go for Engineering or Medical entrances sending their children, I ask dear citizens why can’t we get trained or send children to train to become a good road user, I’m sorry to say many more incidents are in line.
