The pain when you walk on the path to find inner peace is really great. When things go wrong, you stumble. Your faith, your enthusiasm, all your most beautiful primordial emotions are broken. You don't know what to do with yourself, nor with the world out there. And you accept things in a way they call "instinct". Each of us has our own memories. Many days cannot be expressed, flowing like a tireless stream. We're sad, we're depressed, we don't know who to talk to? There are many relationships, because of love, there is anger. Anger but not willing to give up, is because of love. Sometimes that's why the people who love each other the most are the ones who hate each other the most. We work with so much rush, our eyes can only see what's going on, and our bodies and minds react to it as a kind of response. We are not calm enough when looking at the fire of a person's anger. In that moment we don't have the mental strength to recreate love. Looking at a person's anger, will you be burned, or are you still strong enough to understand why that person is so angry? You have the patience for compassion to think about what sufferings and impacts they have endured. Try to recreate your love, after the times you hurt yourself. Loving and understanding a person, you just begin to learn how to love and understand. Step by step overcome your own great anger. Carrying afflictions in your heart is like wearing a rock on your back. No one wears a stone on his back but can walk freely and can see in his heart the deepest good things. Remove that heavy rock, the first is to free yourself. Buddhist teachings teach: "let go" of things that make our mind confused We need to practice them, so that the mind is pure, not heavy. With much peace of mind, people can go to deeper things, good things are available in their hearts, or simply can enjoy the reality that is inherently beautiful, appearing right now in front of eyes. There was a Zen master who was looking for the way to liberation once said: Those who obey the risk, promise the risk, of course, it's hard to be on time. Be careful in your words, especially your promises. Our time, our interest in anything is limited, we need to know how to be selective, not to put ourselves in a position of distrust. Good beginnings are often disguised as tragic endings. Fire is born to test gold, harshness is there to signal hundreds of thousands of opportunities. The main thing is that we have to get through the coldest night. After a long night, a bright dawn will come. When suffering enough bitterness, extreme harshness, is also the time when pure energy is about to be reborn. Those who want to show themselves will overshadow themselves. Staying in moderation is important. The recognition of people, let it be natural. And it's best not to worry about it. All energy is focused only on the most valuable, righteous, most relevant things. Suddenly walking will bloom lotus. Happiness is born in suffering, suffering is hidden in happiness. Don't try to separate happiness and unhappiness. Also, don't try to avoid things that don't bring you joy. The essence of happiness is to deeply understand the problem, dare to face it, know how to appreciate and see all impermanence as normal. If you know everything changes, you shouldn't try to hold on to anything. Fragrant flowers and fruits of life are spread on our way, not in any destination. Each stage, our joy will be different. Don't try to hold on to anything, don't regret the past, and don't waste reality. Awake to enjoy: this is the way of life of a person who is always happy. 🌼 Subcribe and support me here: / @awakennature
