Very few people know he is alive. Boruto, Ada, Shikamaru, and Inojin are among the only characters aware of his existence, while others such as Kawaki and Amado suspect the truth but lack confirmation. However the current events unfolding in the story may be putting Kashin Koji at serious risk of exposure. Boruto has repeatedly made choices that go against Koji’s calculated plans. By saving Kobu and interfering with events Koji attempted to control, Boruto may have created new timeline branches that Koji never intended to exist. These unexpected decisions could lead to situations where Koji’s secret becomes harder to protect. At the same time the threat of Code continues to loom in the background. Code has already proven he can infiltrate Konoha using claw marks without being detected by the sensory unit. Claw marks were discovered inside the village and around the perimeter, suggesting Code may still be monitoring events from the shadows. If someone like Inojin accidentally reveals Kashin Koji’s name during what appears to be a private conversation with Shikamaru or another trusted ally, Code could potentially overhear the information through a nearby claw mark. With the entire village focused on the Mamushi invasion and the chaos surrounding the Shinju, the timing could be perfect for Code to finally learn the truth.
