July 25, 2023 (Addis Ababa, Ethiopia) IGAD, with support from the government of Sweden, organises a technical workshop on the harmonisation of refugee statistics. July 25, 2023 (Juba, South Sudan): The IGAD Regional Migration Fund (RMF) resumes consultations with the governments of South Sudan and Uganda to identify potential social and economic development interventions to be supported under RMF Phase II interventions in the Nimule-Elegu cross-border area. July 26, 2023 (Djibouti, Djibouti): IGAD Executive Secretary meets with the on the African Union Commissioner for Political Affairs, Peace and Security to deliberate on the situation in Sudan. July 26, 2023 (Kampala, Uganda): IGAD delivers a mobile laboratory truck to Uganda's Minister of State for Primary Health Care as part of the EU-IGAD COVID-19 Response Programme to boost disease surveillance and monitoring.
