In my practice as a lawyer, I deal with a lot of questions about immigration law. These often concern blue cards or work visas, but also family reunification or naturalization. Often, the immigration authorities simply do not respond, which leads to problems. Expats and young professionals from abroad are then at a loss because they are unfamiliar with German immigration law. Sometimes the residence permit expires, or the temporary residence permit has not been extended, or there has been a change of employer for the Blue Card, or you have been dismissed. I regularly deal with all these issues, including the problem of an action for failure to act. So if you have any questions about your visa or residence permit, or if the embassy or immigration office does not respond, please write to me and I will be happy to help you. Your residence permit is too important to ignore. Settling in Germany, obtaining a Blue Card or family reunification and later naturalization cause a lot of problems. But many of them can be solved with patience and the right approach. Simply book a free call on my website and we will discuss it free of charge.
