Do Chickens Mourn?

we lost our one-year-old hen today. we had driven her to the vet on a 35-minute drive and she was awake but quite languid when they took her in it wasn't until about 10 minutes later they call this on the cell while we were outside and told us that she had passed it may have been a complication from a huge egg that she laid which was larger than a duck egg. we had also told the vet that someone was laying very tiny eggs about the size of a quail egg on occasions and they seem to think that it might have been her this could have been a sign that she had some form of gynecological infection but they were not sure. taking her home I wanted to place her near her hen sisters to see if they would mourn her.
