Baby blanket, Cot blanket, Kings size bed etc etc. It’s a question that is SO hard to answer because really, there’s no set rule! You can do it to whatever size you like! There’s also things to factor in such as type of yarn, size of hook, individual tension AND the pattern itself. It could be that the foundation chain requires a multiple of 3 or 6 or just 1. So to make things a little easier for you, I have designed a quick reference guide with suggested sizes. This way, you can chain your length and measure it out against a measuring tape. Of course, these are just suggested sizes. Feel free to play around with your sizes to suit your particular projects.
