THE RIDE OF RESPECT LEE RIGBY MEMORIAL RIDE Set off or Start Point:1 Nells cafe DA12 5UD ride to Flamingo Park Leave prompt at 09:00 Arrive at Flamingo Park at 09.45 where refreshments and merchandise will be available set off or start point:2 Depart Folkestone Services 08:30 = Approx 37 Mins. Arrive Maidstone Services 09:07 Depart Maidstone Services 09:15 = Approx 32 Mins. Arrive at Flamingo Park at 09.47 where refreshments and merchandise will be available set off or start point 3. Route: Leaving Esso Sedlescombe Road North at 06.30am, then leaving John's Cross Caravans at 7:30am for Nell's Cafe on the A2. From there we'll leave at 9am to reach Flamingo Park where the procession begins. The Main Event : Leave Flamingo Park BR7 6HL at 10.45– Learner friendly route under police escort A full round trip past Woolwich Bks and the road where Lee was murdered and back to Flamingo Pk. Arriving from 12.00 There will be a short service at 13.00 after which, Refreshments and food will be available upstairs in the clubhouse bar. We have a live band playing in the bar and a barbecue Collection and Merchandise stalls upstairs in the bar. Respect costs nothing and that is why this event is free to all attending the Ride. However if you would like to donate any money in the buckets at the stalls, it will ALL go to Scotties Little Soldiers who have helped Lee Rigbys’ son Jack and many other children who have lost their father or mother who are serving in our armed forces.
