This installation of our ✦ Sims 4 Speed-Build ✦ series, we're working within the university universe - Foxbury! ✦ WORLD: Britechester ✦ LOT SIZE: 30x20 ✦ PACKS USED: Base Game, Discover University ✦ GALLERY NAME: FIG EGHT Mini-Campus (under: AstroloShe) ✦ OG BUILD TIME: 3 Hours, 14 Minutes - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - University (student) housing for eight students. Four dormitory (dorm) rooms, sleeps two students each. Four total half-baths, four showers. (All showers and two of the half-baths are attached to the student housing - the remaining two half-baths are attached to the mini-campus communal space. Campus includes the four dorm sections, a two building miniature gym (treadmills and workout machines), large common area for meals and kitchenette, small basement room for cards and entertainment and a huge outdoor dining and living space! ASC NOTES: ˙⟡. The main objective with this build was to merge tiny/small living with a cozy campus feel. Like you could go outside, cross the courtyard and be in the same lot, same world. Modeled after real life experiences I wish I had in my college days, plenty of places to spread out but not be a complete stranger. The dorms in this completed build are undecorated, leaving room for our The Sims 4 players to decorate upon move-in. ˙⟡.
